Preparation and Characterization of Thermoresponsive Glass Sphere Based Composite Carriers

A novel preparation method of smart responsive glass sphere based composite carriers was reported in this study. Firstly, random block copolymers were synthesized by free radical polymerization of N⁃isopropylacrylamide, hydroxypropyl methacrylate and 3⁃trimethoxysilypropyl methacrylate. Then, the copolymer solution was uniformly sprayed on the surfaces of glass spheres by means of a self⁃made bottom spray fluidized bed reactor, and the bonding between copolymers and glass spheres was fabricated by thermal annealing, so as to form the copolymer/glass sphere composite carriers. The coating effects of the smart copolymers on the surfaces of glass spheres were investigated, including characteristic functional groups, surface microstructure, biocompatibility and thermosensibility. The results show that the temperature⁃responsive copolymers can be linked to the surfaces of glass spheres by bottom⁃spray coating technology, and the copolymer layers with certain thickness can be formed on the sphere surfaces. The composite carriers have good biocompatibility, and can realize effective cell adhesion and spontaneous desorption by using its intelligent response characteristics.

Research on the Quality Evaluation of Revenue Information Based on Entropy Weight⁃TOPSIS:Taking Company X as an Example

Taking X company as the research object, this paper constructed the evaluation index system of revenue information quality which was more fitted with the actual situation of X company. It evaluated the revenue information quality of X company from 2014 to 2017 by using entropy weight⁃TOPSIS method. It proved that the evaluation results accorded with the actual operation of X company, which provided development direction for the company's value promotion and sustainable development. Taking 2017 as an example, this paper made a comprehensive evaluation of the industry revenue quality, which provided a method reference for the comprehensive evaluation of enterprise income quality.

Research on Energy System Optimization of FPSO

With the developments of deep sea and marginal oil fields, FPSO has been widely used in offshore oil and gas field development.FPSO, as an oil and gas production device with both energy production and consumption, takes an economic energy distribution scheme on the premise of meeting its energy demand, which not only helps to reduce construction costs, but also helps to improve the energy efficiency of the entire system and promote energy conservation. Taking the annual total cost of energy system as the objective function, the MILP model of FPSO distributed energy system is established and solved under the conditions of energy balance and technical constraints to determine the equipment selection and capacity, and the corresponding operation plan to achieve the purpose of energy conservation and consumption reduction. The model is validated by an example of FPSO in the Bohai sea. The results show that the cost of distributed energy system can be reduced by 14.6% compared to traditional operating schemes. In addition, considering the impact of different energy prices on the economy of the system, it is found that the increase in natural gas prices has a great impact on the design and operation of DES.

Synthesis of Supported Al(OH) 3/SiO 2 and Its Adsorption Properties for Uranyl

The preparation of supported adsorbent Al(OH) 3/SiO 2 and its adsorption behavior on uranyl ions were studied.The effects of adsorbent quality,solution pH,initial solution concentration,temperature and contact time on adsorption performance were investigated.The adsorption mechanism was preliminarily studied based on adsorption isotherm,thermodynamics,and kinetics.The effects of coexisting ions and fulvic acid on the adsorption properties were also investigated.The results showed that when the adsorbent mass was 0.03 g,pH=5,initial concentration of uranyl ions was 1 mmol/L,temperature was 303 K and contact time was 60 min,the maximum adsorption capacity was 110.4 mg/g,which could be reused four times.The adsorption process of uranyl ion on Al(OH) 3/SiO 2 is endothermic and spontaneous.The adsorption of monolayers is dominant,the adsorption behavior conforms to the quasisecondary kinetic model,and the chemical adsorption is the rate control step.

Numerical Simulation Reservoir for the Best Well Pattern Optional of Waterflooding Permeability Sandstone

Water-driven oil in porous media fluid and solid coupled heat transfer control equations was established by the theory of percolation mechanics and the sandstone reservoir was porous medium. Different well pattern was established for the same reservoir numerical simulation, qualitative analysis of the process of oil pressure, the remaining oil distribution, and the various concentration range the proportion of oil, quantitative analysis of the volume fraction of the sum of the remaining oil and various oil recovery year. The results show that 5 to 9 years of oil remaining oil distribution changed in the inert area, during this time recovery changed smoothly; Analysis of a variety of oil recovery wells arrangement size was that five-spot well pattern was larger than nine-pot well pattern, and nine-spot well pattern was larger than Line shape well pattern. When the water intensity constant, from the perspective of recovery. For this reservoir five-spot well pattern was the best well pattern.

Hydrolysis of Corn Straw to Produce Reducing Sugar by Diluted Acid Over Ferrous Sulfate Under Microwave Radiation

The corn straw was hydrolyzed by diluted acid via microwave radiation under the conditions of the metal salt ferrous sulfate as catalyst. The effect on the reducing sugar production rate was investigated by the concentration of ferrous sulfate, sulfuric acid content, ratio of liquid to solid, the microwave radiation power, time and pressure. The results show that the product yield can reach 38.5% under the best hydrolysis conditions: ferrous sulfate mass fraction of 3%, sulfuric acid mass fraction of 2%, mass ratio of liquid to solid 15, the microwave radiation power 187.5 W, the microwave radiation time 30 min and the microwave radiation pressure 0.3 MPa. Compared to the method without ferrous sulfate or without microwave radiation, this method shows higher yields by 1.1 and 2.8 times, respectively. 

Based on the intensive investigations on the catalytic cracking reactions for hydro-treated tail oil residue, a 5-lump reaction network and its kinetic model have been established. Based on experimental data obtained from catalytic dewaxing equipment, a computational program was written by Marquardt++ method and Matlab language; and activation energy, reaction rate constant and preexponential factors were calculated. It turns out that the model fits well with raw materials and reaction conditions change, and product distributions and their yields are predicted well under different conditions.

Lube Base Oil produced by Catalytic Dewaxing From Hydrocracking Tail Oil

Lube base oil were produced by catalytic dewaxing from hydrocracking tail oil of the Mao Ming Petrochemical Corporation in fixed catalytic bed reactor using NKC-7 as the dewaxing catalyst. The effects of reaction temperature (340~400 ℃) and space velocity( 1~8 h -1) on the product distribution, solidifying point and liquid yield were studied. The results show that good product distribution and higher yield of lube base oil (61.4 % ) can be obtained at 380 ℃ and a space velocity of 2 h -1, the solidifying point of lube base oil can reach -24 ℃.

Saccharification by Hydrolysis of Crop Straw Under the Condition of Microwave Radiation

The saccharification of crop straw by hydrolysis was carried out under the condition of microwave radiation with the dilute sulfuric acid. The amount of sulfuric acid, the ratio of liquid and solid, the microwave radiation time, the pressure, and the power on the yield of reducing sugar were investigated. The experimental results show that the yield of reducing sugar increased at first and then declined with increasing of the experimental conditions.It was determined that the yield of reducing sugar reached the maximum, 21.8% at the following conditions: the amount of sulfuric acid is 2%, the ratio of liquid and solid is 15.0, processing time is 40 min, the pressure is 0.3 MPa, and power is 225.0 W.

Algorithm of Fuzzy Sliding Mode Iterative Leaning  Control for Rolling Mill Temperature

Algorithm of fuzzy sliding mode iterative learning control was proposed for repetitive nonlinear rolling mill temperature control system with uncertainties. The algorithm was an iterative learning control algorithm, which took the function of a sliding mode control as the input of fuzzy control and took the fuzzy control output as the control increment of iterative learning control. To improve the convergence rate of ILC, a new ILC based on a sliding mode fuzzy control was presented which combined a sliding mode control with ILC. The fuzzy control in the algorithm can smooth the control signal and lessen the common dithering of sliding mode control. The simulation results indicate that the new algorithm is effective, which can achieve higher speediness than simplex feedback control.

Technique of Developing Oil Sludge as Resource Into High Temperature Profile Agent

Based on the analysis of the composition and size distribution of oily sludge taken from Xianhe block Sheng-li oil field and with dispersing agent、solidification agent and suspension agnet added, a study of developing oily sludge into high temperature profie agnet was conducted. The experimental show that at the temperature of oil reservoir, the densifying time of this kind profile agent was up to 20 h and 7% of water was separated out after setting quietly for 15 h. Therefore the requirement for profiling process field could be met. Indoor experimental results show that the break-through pressure, after oily sludge profile agent was injected and waited for 3 d, was above 7 MPa. Meanwhile the block-off ratio arrived to 99%, which remained constant after being flushed for 100 PV by 200 ℃ vapors,it's permeability increasing a little. This proves that oily sludge high temperature profile agent has so good a profiling effect that harmless processing and resource aim can be achieved. 
